Welcome, Kaiser ICT East Bay

We are pleased to announce that the Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment (ICT): East Bay Hub and Satellite programs opened on March 1, 2021!

This program was created in partnership with Kaiser Permanente.

The Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program provides specialty mental health care services that partners with clients and their Kaiser Permanente wellness team to achieve a state of wellness and quality of life that is meaningful to each individual served.

Who is Served: Members of Kaiser Permanente, ages 18 and older, who are experiencing a diagnosed mental health condition, have had previous patterns of high inpatient care utilization, or otherwise be at high-risk for readmission.

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
