Mariela Gorosito has been with Telecare for 17 years, starting as a Clinical Director for the Los Angeles Older Adult Full Service Partnership program. She briefly moved to the Los Angeles HOP 7 program before being promoted to the Los Angeles IMD Step-Down program administrator role.
