About the Department: Staffing Standards

The Staffing Standards department at Telecare ensures programs are staffed adequately, efficiently, and fairly to provide excellent care for clients with serious mental illnesses and complex needs. It consists of four main components: the Centralized Staffing Team, Regional Float Pools, Telehealth services, and the Kronos Scheduler, all of which aim to standardize staffing using healthcare best practices.
