As we celebrate Telecare's 60th year, we want to spotlight what makes Telecare special. One of our valued programs is Garfield Neurobehavioral Center! Today, we want to highlight this unique Skilled Nursing Facility that celebrated Telecare's 60th anniversary with festive decorations throughout the facility, staff wearing celebration hats, and a special ribbon cutting ceremony honoring this milestone for one of the few California facilities that serves individuals with both neurobehavioral diagnoses and mental illness.
