As we celebrate Telecare’s 60th year, we want to spotlight some of the things that make Telecare special. One of our most dedicated long-term programs is the Morton Bakar Center, a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, California, that provides psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building support for older adults living with serious mental illness. The Morton Bakar team fosters a collaborative environment centered on recovery, safety, and helping residents transition to life in the community.
