Morton Bakar Center is a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA that provides psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building for older adults living with severe mental illness. With 24-hour nursing and a multidisciplinary team, residents receive person-centered support in a secure, structured setting to help them prepare for community living and greater independence.
