Welcome, Home First FSP

We are pleased to announce that the Home First Full Service Partnership (FSP) program opened on October 26, 2020!

In partnership with Orange County Health Care Agency, the Home First FSP program is focused on providing supportive housing and behavioral health services to individuals residing in Orange County. The purpose of the program is to support members maintaining stable housing, including resolving housing challenges, providing a range of case management and behavioral health-focused services.

Who is Served: Residents of Orange County, ages 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness , and who have been housed and are currently at risk of losing housing in Orange County.
