This week, the administrator at the San Diego IHOT and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) programs, shared a kind note of thanks from a recent grad.

THANKS can’t even express how much I appreciate everything you guys did for me — even the efforts on things that didn’t work out like housing. All in due time.
Tears came rolling down the minute I got the card out the mail (before I even opened it). That alone says a lot to me from/about Telecare and a lot about myself as well.
I would/will recommend y’all to anyone in the position I was in or similar. You guys are awesome. Thanks for all your support and encouragement.”
