May is Mental Health Month.

This year’s theme is: Life with a Mental Illness.

This is an important reminder for all of us that mental illness doesn't only affect a person's health, it affects their entire life: daily activities, relationships with family and friends, and how they contribute to their community.

It's also important to remember that people living with mental illness do not have to do it alone.

Every person can be involved in making things better.

This month, we bring you stories from different sides of living with a mental illness. Click on the pictures below to hear what it is like to live with a mental illness from a former Telecare client, and about the ways our staff bring members and families together in the treatment process.
