At Telecare’s Adult Telecare Los Angeles Services 7 (ATLAS 7) program, we are here to help you plan and build toward your long-term goals, not just short-term resolutions.

We believe that recovery starts from within. Our job is to do whatever it takes to support you in your recovery journey. We have a full staff of peer specialists and advocates, psychologists, personal service coordinators, masters-level therapists or social workers, nurses, and psychiatrists, who are all here to help you on your path.

Your recovery will start with an individualized service plan where we will collaborate with you to determine your needs and goals moving forward. We will help you enhance your recovery process through empowering activities such as illness stabilization, learning critical community living and survival skills, finding suitable living arrangements, gaining opportunities to socialize, choosing, getting and keeping work, and crisis management, among other things.

Recovery Model

Our program is based on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model, where we connect you to the proper resources that can help
you achieve your goals. We will work together with your family, friends, and the court system to help you take steps towards making
recovery happen.

Office Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • On-call staff availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Referral Process

Admission Criteria

  • ƒ Adults, aged 26-59 who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness ƒ
  • Individuals who have a dual diagnosis, are transitioning from institutional settings, or have not been successful with traditional mental health programs ƒ
  • Must be a resident of Service Area 7 of Los Angeles County

Family members can contact individuals at ATLAS 7 by calling the main number at 562-864-7821.

Per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines, staff members cannot release any client information without a signed authorization.

Family members are also welcome to contact the program director at any time.
