60th Anniversary Party TAY and BHST Wrap Up
/About the Program: TAY and BHST
Telecare operates two programs serving the Modesto community. The Behavioral Health Services Team (BHST) provides personalized recovery planning through a multidisciplinary team promoting a culture where resilience and hope can flourish. The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program partners with young adults through an ACT-based wraparound approach that includes therapeutic interventions, family involvement, and community linkages.
Event Activities/Highlights
Celebrated Telecare's 60th anniversary on a purple carpet, welcoming distinguished guests including Modesto Vice Mayor Jeremiah Williams, Stanislaus County Behavioral Health Director Ruben Imperial, members of the Modesto Police Department, and Community Health and Assistance Team (C.H.A.T.).
Vice Mayor Jeremiah Williams presented the program and included a Certificate of Recognition honoring Telecare's 60 years of service.
The longest-tenured employees, Kayagina Parker and Mary Ragsdale, shared the history of the Modesto programs with attendees.
Recognized employee milestones up to 25 years of dedicated service.
Clients showcased their creativity through an art show and handmade centerpieces that decorated the event space.
Guests enjoyed a charcuterie table, candy bar, mocktails, photo booth, and party favors throughout the celebration.
The event concluded with a spirited Cupid’s Shuffle, bringing everyone together for a joyful send-off.
