Lei Portugal Calloway Represents Telecare at Mercy Mental Health Summit

Nearly 100 organizations gathered at this year’s Mercy Mental Health Summit. Telecare representatives networked with mental health leaders from across California.

Lei Portugal Calloway, Peer Team Lead at the Orange County AOT and Care Act program, shared her story and call to action as the Luncheon Keynote Speaker, urging organizations to elevate peer support and give peers “a seat at the table.” The summit featured impactful presentations on street medicine, social determinants of healthcare, and care for underserved communities.
