My name is Cherrlynn Hubbard (She/Her/Hers).

I am the Program Administrator at Regional Intensive Community Treatment Kaiser Permanente Northern California, and I’ve been at Telecare for five years.

In my view, the best part of my job is being a part of a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset and work collaboratively to ensure successful outcomes.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is the positive impact we have on the communities we serve. As well as working with a team who truly understands how to work together and ensure every member receives high-quality services.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is taking a walk outside our office, which is surrounded by rolling hills or sharing a Starbucks with the team.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be rewarding, humbling, and evolving.
