My name is Janbir Sandhu (She/Her).

I am the Administrator of the South Bay Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program. I’ve been at Telecare for two and a half years.

In my view, the best part of my job is collaborating together on best practices to help our members reach their full potential, speaking to our customers about the successes our providers reach each and every day, and sharing in the mutual learning through Telecare in how can all grow as professionals.

What makes me really proud of my team and our work is the passion that we bring to our engagement and interventions with members day in and day out! I am extremely proud that the South Bay ICT team finds ways to tailor our services so that they are the best fit for our members. The team also creates extensive notes of the steps we provide in the field and in crisis situations to improve the lives of our members and empower recovery journeys!

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that we are not alone. I know I can lean on our team of providers and begin each day with a fresh start.

My favorite quote or personal motto is, "remember why you started.”

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be intuitive, systems-disruptor, and family.
