About the Program: Telecare’s TAO South program operates under contract with the County of Orange Health Care Agency to provide culturally competent, mental health services to adults with serious mental illness. This program is aptly named Telecare and Orange AMHS or TAO South—"tao" means the process of nature by which all things change, which is to be followed for a life of harmony.
We believe recovery starts from within, and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey. We have a full staff of peer specialists, a psychiatrist, a nurse, a master’s prepared team lead, and personal service coordinators with experience in both mental health and drugs and alcohol, who are all here to promote a program culture where resilience and hope can flourish.
