As we celebrate Telecare’s 60th year, we want to spotlight what makes Telecare special. One of our valued program communities is Sonoma, where the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program supports members on their recovery journeys. Today, we highlight Sonoma ACT’s fourth annual member picnic, which celebrated Telecare’s 60th anniversary with a 1960s “Summer of Love” theme. Members and staff dressed for the occasion and enjoyed a dance contest, an award ceremony, a staff sing-along, good food, and time together.

There, a dedicated team of peer specialists, personal service coordinators, and master’s-level social workers promotes a culture where resilience and hope can flourish as individuals work towards their life goals.
