My name is Matt Elher (he/him).
I am the Administrator at the Thurston Mason Crisis Triage program. I’ve been at Telecare for 4.5 years.
In my view, the best part of my job is bringing people together to work toward a common goal.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that we treat everyone as a human being, whether they are a client, staff, or visitor.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing each day, no matter how small it may seem, we are making an impact in people's lives.
My favorite quote or personal motto is, "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." — Oscar Wilde
If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be hope, respect, and caring.
