“Hello Telecare Corporate Office,
I am thankful for your attention on this matter.
I am J and currently part of Telecare Care Court since November 2025. I want to let you know that I am very thankful for the services and all the support given by Telecare Care Court. Staff does a great professional service job, assistance, and support. My experience with all the workers has been very excellent, and it is very appreciated by me. I have been feeling and doing better since Telecare Care Court. I want to value the resource and opportunity the best way by doing my best. Staff from my public defender, Ms. Audrey, to all Telecare Care Court workers have been very great in all areas of the service/program. I was given the option by the court when I was in jail to participate in the program. I am very glad and thankful I did. Before going to jail, I was homeless, not getting anywhere with my schizophrenia condition. I have been recovering and improving, the feeling is like healing. Telecare Care Court has my support.
