Leader Bio: Gavin Tochiki
/My name is Gavin Tochiki (He/Him/His).
I am the Administrator of Telecare Los Angeles Step-Down, and I have been with Telecare since 2017.
In my view, the best part of my job is how everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is how teamwork makes the dream work.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is, knowing that you always have the support from the Telecare Family.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be inspiring, empowering, and respectful.
