Cordilleras MHRC and Suites Have a Blast at San Mateo’s NAMI Walk

Telecare's Cordilleras Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) and SUITES in Redwood City, CA, recently participated in the San Mateo National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) walk. Some of the program's clients and two staff members completed the 5k walk. They were excited to partake in the NAMI walk and show their support for the cause.

NAMI is a non-profit organization devoted to helping people with mental illness and their loved ones. Through education, support, advocacy, and leadership, NAMI strives to make a positive difference in the lives of all those affected by mental illness.

The organization achieves its goals by educating the public, supplying support to those with mental illness and their loved ones, and hosting walks to break down the stigma around mental illness.

We're thrilled to see our programs involved in community initiatives that share our values and beliefs and promote positive mental health awareness. This is an important issue, and we're glad to be able to support it.

Great work, Cordilleras MHRC, and Suites team!
