We provide a longer-term recovery program within a supportive, structured, and secure inpatient environment designed to help clients prepare to move to the community and/or lower levels of care.

To Make Referrals: Referrals are made through Alameda County Systems Utilization Committee.

# of Beds: 40 beds

Who We Serve: Residents must be over 18 and are admitted through the Alameda County Systems Utilization Committee.

Hours of Operation: Office hours are Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Program: Gladman is licensed as a 40-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) serving individuals whose psychiatric disabilities require extensive rehabilitation services beyond those provided in typical sub-acute settings. The program recognizes that an extended time may be required for some individuals to reach desired treatment and rehabilitation goals.

We provide a longer-term recovery program within a supportive, structured, and secure inpatient environment designed to help clients prepare to move to the community and/or lower levels of care. We have 24-hour nursing care and an amazing staff dedicated to building a collaborative recovery environment based on Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) model.
