El Verano CCH provides services to individuals who need help transitioning safely out of a locked setting into a less restrictive community setting, have problems living in their current home, or want to practice safe living skills so they can return to the home of their choice. El Verano CCH is not a forever home. Residents can live at El Verano CCH for up to 18 months. We focus on helping each resident prepare for their next home where they can live for a longer period of time. Every resident will have their own individual behavior support team that will include professionals specific to their individualized plan, such as a program administrator, licensed vocational nurses (LVN), registered behavior technicians (RBT), licensed clinicians, occupational and physical therapists, and medical support staff, as well as their identified personal circle of support.
