The Telecare Reentry Intensive Program (TRIP) program offers outpatient housing and case management services to adults who have a justice-involved background. Enrollment in TRIP is for a lifetime. Once enrolled in TRIP, program staff works with members to navigate the housing system and make sure they have a place to live at all times. Field-based services are provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and a crisis line is available 24/7.
The goal of TRIP is to help members regain a sense of purpose in their lives, obtain their basic need for shelter, and successfully integrate into their community.
This program is funded by the Los Angeles Department of Health Services.
