We're pleased to share a few exciting new things this month at Telecare.

San Francisco Business Times Best Places to Work Award

Each year, our Bay Area staff members are invited to share their opinions with the San Francisco Business Times about Telecare as a workplace.

Once again, we are pleased to announce that Telecare was recognized as an SFBT Best Place to Work! This is the 11th year we’ve been awarded this honor and this year we rose to number 11 on the list. "Thank you!" to all of our amazing staff who make Telecare a truly remarkable place!

Telecare Becomes a Novation Supplier

On March 1, 2014, we entered into an exciting agreement with Novation, a leading supply chain expertise, analytics, and contracting company. As an awarded Novation supplier, Telecare is now a service provider option for health care organizations seeking to add a new psychiatric service or enhance the performance of an existing behavioral health program.

Novation currently covers 94 percent of the academic medical centers across the nation, 40 percent of all staffed beds, and more than 100,000 hospitals and affiliates of hospitals, including Children’s Hospital Association, Provista, and VHA, Inc. For more information on the services we provide to hospitals, please contact Pat Doyle at pdoyle@telecarecorp.com.

Hope House Crisis Residential Opens in Contra Costa County, CA

This April, Contra Costa County Mental Health Services and Telecare are opening the doors of Hope House, a brand new 16-bed crisis residential facility. Located in Martinez, California, Hope House will serve adults on a short-term basis. The program is located in a beautiful brand new county building located on the same campus as the county hospital. The local community will have a chance to visit Hope House during an open house reception the day before the grand opening.
