Jeremy Hargrove is a Telecare Hero in the purest sense. He has been a loyal Telecare employee for nearly five years, and it shows. He knows Telecare Recovery Partnership (Pierce County E&T) backwards and forwards, and continues to seek new knowledge to build his skill set. He believes in recovery and is a strong promoter of our recovery-focused culture. He is a safety guru, has eyes in the back of his head, and always has an ear listening to what is going on around him from a safety standpoint. He knows that kindness and respect are some of our greatest safety tools, and he is a supreme de-escalator. As a member of the safety committee he brings his insights and floor experience to the conference table. He is a morale booster, captain of Team Telecare, organizing team-building outings and activities. He makes frequent suggestions for how to improve the work environment for our staff and the therapeutic environment for the individuals in our program.
As if all that weren’t enough, Jeremy is also an artist. Our windows are his primary canvas, where he creates colorful seasonal and holiday images with oil pastels, sometimes playful and fun, sometimes deep and meaningful. In addition to the window art, a large, inspirational mural painted by Jeremy remains a permanent installation in our program. Jeremy, in so many ways, you make Telecare a brighter, safer, kinder place to be!
