Tammy Crawford

Tammy is one of CATC’s newest employees. She started about two and a half months ago, and it feels like I’ve worked with her for years. She is a fast learner, easy to get along with, asks great questions, and can stay on top of things even when it gets hectic.

Tammy has a great attitude about life, and it shows when she’s on the job. She has a great smile and shows it all day long. We see it when she arrives, when she interacts with the clients, when she is confused, when she is busy working, and pretty much a constant all day. It’s nice to be around someone who has such a genuine personality and is easy to get along with. We are very lucky to have her here at the CATC.

Cynthia Cascante

Cynthia is an incredible advocate. She is quick to back her peers and the individuals we serve. I appreciate how she tries her hardest to cover all the bases, follow HIPAA guidelines, and still finds time to smile and check in with her peers. I don’t know what I’d do without her.

Cynthia is a Telecare Hero because she works incredibly hard to support the clients we work with here at the CATC. She excels at running groups and being able to empathize with others. She is skilled at teaching the concepts of DBT and meditation. I hear nothing but great things about her groups.
