Amy is truly the glue that helps keep Pierce County E& T running. As our Clinical Director, she is constantly working to improve the quality of our program for both our clients and our staff. Amy is often seen working long, late hours to make sure our facility keeps running as smoothly as it can. She is always willing to take on extra work for the treatment team to make sure tasks are completed. As a supervisor, she is always ready and willing to support the needs of her supervisees in any way she can. Without Amy's hard work, things like holidays would be nowhere near as special and meaningful for our clients. She is also a fabulous clinician, and has been known to "work some magic" talking with individuals who are having acute difficulties. She is really an asset to our program, and is highly valued by all staff.
One of the best things about Amy is she is always going "the extra mile" to make sure people are supported. From making sure clients are able to celebrate their birthdays if they are with us, through always being willing to pause what she is doing to talk with staff to help any way she can. We are lucky to have her!
