Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President
Suzanne oversees Telecare’s Human Resources Department.
In this role, Suzanne is responsible for employee relations, corporate and clinical learning, talent acquisition/recruiting, HRIS, employment legal counsel, benefits and compensation, wellness, safety, workers’ compensation, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Telecare, she operated her own consulting firm, providing guidance on strategic planning, leadership, recruitment, and change management to clients including the County of Los Angeles and Procter and Gamble, Magna Corporation, General Motors, Herman Miller, and Nissan Motor Corporation as an employee and consultant.
She holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, and is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She authored the book, Not So Basic New Hire Orientation, and is a national speaker on the subject of human capital strategy and systems.
