Awards & Accolades
Telecare is often recognized for its culture, innovation and commitment to providing excellent services to individuals with serious mental illness. Below are a few of our most recent awards and accolades.
Best Places to Work
Since 2004, Telecare has been voted as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in the Greater Bay Area, an award given by the San Francisco Business Times, The Silicon Valley Business Journal, and the East Bay Business Times. This award is particularly meaningful because it is based on employee feedback given in an anonymous and confidential survey. What's important to remember is that Telecare is made a "great place to work" by the people who work here. And we congratulate and thank all of them on the outstanding outcomes and satisfaction they help create for our clients, day after day and year after year.
CARF
Over 80% of Telecare's programs have been accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation FAcilities (CARF), an achievement that speaks volumes about Telecare's inclusive, client-centered approaches and our commitment to recovery for individuals with serious mental illness. Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs received commendations of excellence, the highest possible acknowledgement given by CARF.
Innovator in the Field
Telecare was one of three organizations selected as an innovator in the mental health field by the California Endowment, the California Wellness Foundation, and the California Healthcare Foundation.
