Joan Meisel has over 25 years experience in policy analysis, research, and consulting in the health care field with a special emphasis on mental health issues. Her experience includes serving as a legislative aide to the California Assembly Majority leader and working for 12 years as a consultant with Booz, Allen and Hamilton and the Lewin Group. In addition to serving on Telecare's Board, Dr. Meisel has assisted Telecare in its strategic marketing planning.
Dr. Meisel has a Ph.D, in psychology and an M.B.A. both from Stanford University.
