Kile attended the University of Colorado and received degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Kile has worked in the Residential Real Estate industry for over 20 years. For the last 13 years, he has been the President and CEO of Ponderosa Homes, Inc. He has been a past chairman of the Home Builders Association of Northern California, served on the Board of the California Building Industries Association and serves as a member of the Board of the Bay Area Council. He holds a Real Estate Broker's License and Contractor's License in California.
Kile has lived and worked in Northern California since 1969. Currently lives in Danville with wife Judy. Has a daughter, Michelle, 30, who lives in Northern California.
