As Corporate Medical Director, Steve oversees the medical direction of Telecare's current programs, and guides the development of clinical services. He has primary responsibility for medical staff quality, quality improvement, and clinical information and evaluation, including outcomes.
Steve is a graduate of Northwestern Medical School in Chicago and is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. Steve was a clinical consultant to the California State Department of Mental Health, where he co-led the Department's development of clinical policy recommendations for the state's Medicaid managed care program.
He has more than 20 years experience in public mental health and served as the Assistant Medical Director of Los Angeles County and the Medical Director of Ventura County.
