Ross has primary responsibility for business development, program and facility development, and government relations.
Ross received his Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's College and has worked in the health care field for more than 30 years.
Prior to joining Telecare in 1981, he spent more than a decade in key management positions in county government. His knowledge of finance, public mental health systems and services, and government contracting has played an invaluable role in the development and growth of Telecare. Ross has aggressively spearheaded an expansion of Telecare's services, based on successful, productive public/private partnerships.
