Marshall has primary responsibility for all financial matters at Telecare, including business planning, budgeting, financing, accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, and information systems.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to joining Telecare in 1988, he was vice president and corporate controller for a Texas-based health care provider. Marshall's prior experience includes significant healthcare industry work for KPMG Peat Marwick, a public accounting firm.
Marshall is also on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the East Bay, member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, BayCFO, and enjoys coaching little league baseball and youth soccer.
