Carol has partnered with Telecare's leadership to build employee commitment to the company's mission of excellence, successfully developing employee initiatives such as business literacy training, safety teams, communications committees, acknowledgement systems and much more.
Carol is responsible for employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment and retention, as well as safety activities for more than 1,900 employees. She oversees labor agreements, contract negotiations and grievance resolution.
Carol received her Master of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University. Her expertise includes human resources policy and procedure development. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including working as a senior-level human resources manager for a large, acute care medical center.
