Telecare Board of Directors Member, Corporate Office

As President and CEO, Anne has overarching responsibility for the strategic, clinical, and financial operations of Telecare Corporation. Telecare provides a full range of services and supports to individuals with mental illness and complex needs through contracts with large insurance companies, medical centers, and county and state government.

Telecare serves over 29,000 clients each year and is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Telecare has received commendations of excellence from the California Endowment, the California Healthcare Foundation, the California Wellness Foundation, and the Board of Supervisors in Alameda, Los Angeles, and San Mateo Counties. The company has been repeatedly named one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.

Anne has led Telecare since the unexpected death of her father in 1987.  She left a seven-year career in investment banking to carry on her family's legacy.  Since her arrival at Telecare, the organization has grown from 400 employees in Northern California to over 2,500+ employees in eight states today. She was instrumental in the passage of Proposition 63 in 2004 - the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), which contributes more than $1 billion in new funds into the California mental health system each year.

Anne is an active member on the National Council of Behavioral Health Care and has received formal commendations from United States Senator Diane Feinstein and former State Senate Pro Tem Don Perata. She was also honored by the Iris Alliance, along with Tipper Gore, for her contributions to the mental health care field, and by Girls, Inc. for her mentorship of young women needing professional and personal support.

Anne has assumed several other leadership positions in her community, including advisory work at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, the Wexner Heritage Foundation, and membership in the Young President's Organization.
