If you have questions or concerns about Telecare's clinical services in general, or the service being provided to a particular individual, please contact Cynthia Saunders at csaunders@telecarecorp.com. Please direct all employment-related questions to Rochelle Noone at rnoone@telecarecorp.com.
Cynthia will review and route your clinical service concerns to the appropriate person within Telecare so it can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
PRIVACY LAWS
Please note: Telecare must adhere to all state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. This means that your family member must give written authorization to the program allowing staff to disclose information to you.
If your family member has not given written permission, staff are not permitted under law to share information. They are also not permitted to acknowledge or deny that a person is receiving mental health services in a Telecare program.
