Inquire About or Contact a Family Member

If you wish to inquire about a family member (or friend) who is currently receiving services from Telecare, please contact the program where that person is receiving services. The staff at that program will assist you directly.

PRIVACY LAWS


Please note: Telecare must adhere to all state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. This means that your family member must give written authorization to the program allowing staff to disclose information to you.

If your family member has not given written permission, staff are not permitted under law to share information. They are also not permitted to acknowledge or deny that a person is receiving mental health services in a Telecare program.
