About the Program
The Clark County Telecare Evaluation and Treatment Center (CCT) will be a 12-bed facility, providing both voluntary and involuntary inpatient evaluation and treatment to individuals who are experiencing acute psychiatric distress. These individuals may also need acute detoxification from substances.
The program's goal is to support people in stabilizing their symptoms so that they may quickly return home to the community. Most people will stay at CCT between 3-7 days.
Services will be delivered by a multidisciplinary, culturally-competent staff and will include a broad array of medical, mental health and recovery-centered supports:
- Risk-focused assessments, covering mental health and substance abuse
- Psychiatric assessment and treatment
- Medication administration and management
- Medically monitored detoxification
- Family and support system engagement
- Peer support and community group meetings
- Social and recreational activities
- And individualized treatment plans, which also focus on the process of awakening hope and enlivening the recovery journey. The goal of this program is to provide a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed learning environment that promotes independence, self-responsibility and self-determination.

WHAT ARE THE SALARY LEVELS?

- Once applications are collected via the Telecare job board, Telecare's recruiting staff will review and screen applications and identify qualified applicants.
- A pre-screen phone call will be conducted with qualified applicants.
- Qualified individuals who have been successfully screen will then schedule their first round of interviews.
- A second round of interviews will be held with selected applicants.
- Verbal offers will then be made, contingent upon reference checks and successful completion of pre-employment requirements.
CCT employees who have been hired will begin new program orientation on approximately September 1, 2010.
