San Bernardino ACT Helps Patients in Recovery
In January of 2003, the county decided to take a different approach in the treatment of mental health patients.
They hired Alameda-based mental-health care corporation Telecare to team with their Department of Behavioral Health.
The goal: Better recovery rates for people suffering from serious mental illnesses.
