Click here for A Day In The Life: La Casa.As the manager of the program, the Administrator is responsible for carrying out general policies and priorities, as well as leading by example and demonstrating Telecare values. The overall purpose of the Administrator is to ensure that each consumer receives the skills and supports necessary to lead successful and satisfying lives in the setting of their choice in the community through efficient and effective management aimed at quality services.
Under the direction of the Regional Director of Operation, the Administrator works in conjunction with the service teams (and with input from both staff and consumers) to plan, manage and control all agency functions to ensure culturally competent and efficient use of resources and effective achievement of goals of the Corporation.
