We're seeking a top-notch Director of Marketing and Sales for our corporate office, located in beautiful Alameda, CA. This newly created position will work with a dynamic executive team to focus on marketing and sales to established customers as well as the development of new customer markets.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience marketing to public and private sector insurers and mental health agencies to secure in-patient and out-patient service contracts.
- 5 years experience in mental health marketing preferred.
- Ability to leverage a strong presence in California and in out-of-state markets.
- In depth knowledge of mental health market preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop customer relationships are essential.
- Requires travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / GOALS:
1. Responsible for the execution of sales opportunities consistent with annual and long-range plans.
2. Responsible for the development of opportunities in both existing and new customer markets.
3. Responsible for monitoring national and regional trends as they relate to Telecare’s existing products and services.
4. Collaborating with Senior Management to pursue business development opportunities.
This position will be based at our Corporate headquarters in Alameda, CA (San Francisco, Greater Bay Area). Our corporate office is located in Alameda's Marina Village, right on the waterfront. The area is surrounded by free parking, walking trails along the water, several local attractions, shopping areas nearby, accessible transportation options, and has a great school district to compliment your lifestyle.
