Elizabeth is bi-lingual and is always willing to assist all staff and clients by acting as a translator. Just recently she participated in an inservice and translated the entire inservice into Spanish for a monolingual employee. She also acted as the translator for several employees for two days during the Pro-Act training several months ago. She has also acted as a translator for clients within the Cordilleras Suites where she is employed and has been willing to go beyond her work situation to act as a translator for clients in the MHRC. Her willingness and attitude is exemplary.
My favorite thing about Elizabeth:
Her attitude is always so positive. She is very friendly to all and is always willing to assist. She never complains about doing "extra" work.
