San Diego REACH Opens Supportive Housing Program
February 01, 2003 - On February 1, 2003, San Diego REACH (Reaching Out and Engaging to Achieve Consumer Health) expanded to provide on-site case management services for adults with special needs. REACH Supportive Housing Program, as the expansion is called, is located at two apartment complexes in San Diego. |
